Ingredients:
Rose hip*, Lemon balm*, Lavender**, Oatstraw*, Marshmallow leaf*, Calendula*, Rose petals*.
*Certified organic ingredient.
**Grown spray-free on Vancouver Island.
Pour 1 cup boiling water over 1 to 1.5 tsp tea. Cover. Wait
5+ mins. Strain off and pour boiling water back over the tea and steep overnight on the counter or in the fridge. Reheat and enjoy the next evening with next to no effort.
